1. Overview and Core Scope

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the mobile application SignMint developed and published by ModelPath Studio. We are committed to transparency regarding how data is processed, stored, and protected during your use of our software.

2. Information Collection and Processing

ModelPath Studio adheres to strict data minimization principles. Below is an exhaustive description of data categories associated with SignMint:

  • No user account registration or personal profiling.
  • Document files and signatures remain exclusively on your device.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) processes standard diagnostic telemetry and mobile advertising identifiers in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Purpose and Utilization of Data

  • Local document rendering, PDF modification, and on-device signature placement.
  • Third-party ad display via Google Play services.

4. Storage, Retention, and Offline Processing

SignMint processes and saves documents locally within your device file storage. ModelPath Studio does not operate servers to host, upload, or inspect your documents.

5. Third-Party Services and Analytics

No third-party tracking, profiling, or analytical SDKs are integrated into this release build.

Contains Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Ads help support ongoing development of free utility tools.

6. Device Permissions Requested

  • Storage / Media access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or Storage Access Framework) to select, edit, and save PDF documents.
  • Network permissions for Google Mobile Ads delivery.

7. Security Safeguards and Practices

Document editing operations are performed entirely within the local Android application sandbox.

8. User Rights and Data Deletion

Because documents are stored only on your device, deleting files through the app or uninstalling removes local application data immediately.
